Position Overview

The Associate Operations Pastor is primarily responsible for coordinating campus operations, providing support to staff and attendees, and leading volunteer teams to execute initiatives at their location. The role also manages day‑to‑day operations, supports campus leadership and attendees, leads the Operations volunteer team, and oversees events and special projects assigned to the campus.

Additionally, the Associate Operations Pastor receives personal instruction from a mentor Operations Pastor and opportunities for hands‑on experience.
