Qualifications

• New York bar admission required.
• 2+ years in personal injury or insurance defense.
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial, if necessary
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft, argue, and respond to motions
• Appear in court for conferences and hearings
• Develop case strategy and work directly with clients
• Perform legal research and draft high-quality pleadings and memoranda
