Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Associate, North America Wholesale Operations to join the Le Labo North America team in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The role focuses on supporting rapid wholesale channel growth, managing POs, launches, openings, and stock for key partners across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations, account management or similar field.
• Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, superb project management skills.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (advanced formula, Pivot Table, V-Lookup).
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• NY-based resident with ability to be in office 3 days a week/warehouse in Brooklyn as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Purchase Order management from retailers and ensure forecast alignment.
• Support new product launches with templates, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage new openings and opening POs to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle stock and account management including shipments and replenishments.
• Track retail sales by door and prepare quarterly retailer-level reports.
• Manage operations including lab supply inventory and replenishment.
• Uphold Le Labo values and foster inclusivity and accountability.
