Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Associate, North America Wholesale Operations to join the Le Labo North America team. This role is based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office and supports rapid growth of the wholesale channel with retail partners and field teams.

Responsibilities span PO management, launches, openings, stock and account management, and sales tracking. Strong project management, detail orientation, and Excel/SAP experience are valued; NY residency preferred for in-office

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or similar field.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PO management for retailers and track weekly orders.
• Analyze POs for issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage listing and exclusions master with events team.
• Oversee stock and account management for wholesale partners.
• Report retail sales and support ad hoc data requests.
