Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Associate, North America Wholesale Operations to join the Le Labo North America team in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office. The role supports rapid growth of the wholesale channel, partnering with retail partners and the field and sales teams across North America.

Responsibilities include PO management, new product launches, openings, stock and account management, and weekly sales tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations or similar field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PO management with retailers, track orders and forecast alignment.
• Analyze POs for SKUs, prices, UPCs; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Own listing/exclusions master list; manage OOS and replenishment.
• Coordinate new product launches: templates, timelines, shipments.
• Manage new openings and stock at counters; track POs.
• Report sales and provide ad hoc data as needed.
• Oversee lab supplies and warehouse coordination.
• Create and manage stock tools with the team.
