In this role, you will work closely with seasoned partners to provide comprehensive legal counsel to municipalities, public agencies, and special districts across the region. You will also represent municipalities in the prosecution of Class C misdemeanors, municipal ordinance violations, traffic infractions, and code enforcement violations in the Municipal Court. Familiarity with municipal ordinances, state transportation codes, and local government dynamics.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to litigate effectively.
