We Are Legal Revolution in Miami, FL seeks an experienced labor and employment litigator to defend employers in complex matters. You will manage pleadings, discovery, and motions while working directly with clients on sensitive workplace issues.

Defend employers in labor and employment litigation and class-action matters.
Manage pleadings, discovery, motion practice and other aspects of case development.
Draft position statements, discovery responses, motions and substantive legal documents.
Participate in workplace investigations, client interviews and evidence gathering.
Advise and communicate directly with clients on sensitive workplace matters.
Collaborate with partners on case strategy, risk assessment and resolution.
Attend on-site investigations and occasional out-of-town fieldwork when required.
Active admission to the Florida Bar.
At least three years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients.
Experience drafting substantive litigation filings and discovery materials.
Prior experience with a labor and employment-focused firm is preferred.
