They help to drive strategy for the categories they are managing. * Build an on-trend Omni assortment with channel-specific strategies in mind* Initiate market/competitor analysis and always be on top of industry trends* Manage merchandising systems and information management* Communicate changes to all cross-functional partners - planning, production, design and wholesale* Participate in store visits* Prepare and analyze Omni selling recaps to drive your business. Make recommendations on how to optimize current sales and affect future plans* Partner with planning in pre-season to plan and buy your department based on comprehensive analysis of the business – last year results, current business, etc* Participate in inventory management and control with planning and distribution teams* Participate with pricing and profit strategies – make promotional and markdown suggestions to drive profitable gross margin results* Review new receipts against business trend to maximize sales and stock* Manage one of our most SKU-intensive assortments, with heavy PO and system maintenance. **Qualifications:*** 3+ years’ Merchandising experience* Proficient in Excel* Experience with a reporting or business analysis system (e.g., Power BI) is a plus* Demonstrated analytical and business skills* Strong presentation skills We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes.
