• Support senior merchant in supplier negotiations, PO management, and new supplier setup across stores and online for assigned categories.
• Own customer communication and education for accurate product content and taxonomy.
• Analyze performance and reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop feature proposals, modular assortments, and promotional strategies across channels.
• Execute item setup, pricing, assortment, and product configuration to optimize inventory and customer experience.
• Collaborate with partners to drive category strategy and execution.
