Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Roswell, GA is seeking an Associate Merchant to support merchandise strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and execute assortment plans for defined categories.

You will partner with Merchant leadership, Planning, Marketing, Store Operations, and Supply Chain to optimize assortment, pricing, vendor relationships, and inventory to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of retail merchandising, buying, planning, allocation, or category support experience in multi-store or omnichannel environment.
• Understanding of the retail buying lifecycle including seasonal strategy, line reviews, assortment planning, pricing, and PO placement.
• Experience evaluating breadth, depth, and price architecture to support customer offerings.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandise strategies for a defined category or vendor group in line with company priorities and market trends.
• Prepare category-level strategies, business recaps, line reviews, and assortment recommendations for leadership review.
• Translate insights into recommended assortment, pricing, promotional, and inventory actions for the assigned area.
• Assist with vendor relationships, pre-line reviews, line reviews, and follow-up on action items.
• Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities, risks, and required follow-up.
