Qualifications

This position collaborates cross-functionally to enhance customer experience by ensuring accurate product content and executing communication programs. The role involves data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and promotional activities while maintaining strong vendor relationships. The Associate Merchant contributes to category strategy implementation and operational excellence by applying business insights and best practices to meet organizational goals and deliver value to customers.

About the team

The team is dedicated to supporting Large Appliance customers by managing supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring accurate product setup across channels. They collaborate closely with merchants and vendors to resolve issues, execute category strategies, and enhance customer experiences. Utilizing data analysis and market insights, the team drives informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and inventory. Focused on operational excellence, they support store and online activities while maintaining strong communication and partnership with stakeholders to deliver consistent value and meet organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
