The team owns the merchandising strategy and execution for the Lawn & Garden Chemicals category. The team is dedicated to achieving financial goals by curating assortments that meet customer needs and enhancing shopping experiences. They collaborate closely with suppliers and internal partners to manage category strategies, supplier relationships, and merchandising activities. Utilizing data analysis and negotiation skills, the team supports budgeting, forecasting, and promotional planning. They ensure accurate product information and optimize omni‑channel customer engagement. Focused on continuous improvement, the team embraces technology and best practices to deliver value and maintain high standards in category management and customer satisfaction.

Salary and Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
