Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Medical Writer to support the Clinical Services team in writing, revising, and annotating promotional medical content. You will organize references, check accuracy, and help with literature evaluation under supervision.

Essential functions include developing high-quality derivative content, meeting timelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders while upholding PRECISION Principles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences required or equivalent.
• BA/BS in English with 1 year of pharmaceutical/medical communications experience.
• 0–1 year of experience in medical communications or related healthcare field.
• Knowledge of AMA style and medical publishing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support development of high-quality, medically accurate derivative content for medical communications resources.
• Deliver projects per established timelines.
• Assist with literature reviews to support promotional claims.
• Annotate resources and provide references for Clinical Services.
• Organize and prepare references for medical, regulatory, and legal submissions.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain high quality work aligned with science and company policies.
• Participate in team and client meetings and internal reviews.
• Develop working knowledge of AMA style and brand guidelines.
• Promote and adhere to PRECISION Principles.
