Precision Medicine Group, based in the United States, is seeking an Associate Medical Writer to support the Clinical Services team with writing, revising, and annotating promotional medical content. The role involves literature evaluation, reference organization, and developing writing projects under supervision.

The candidate will participate in team meetings, learn AMA style, and uphold PRECISION Principles while delivering high-quality material on time.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AMA style.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
• Familiarity with PubMed and Google Scholar.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical ability.
• Ability to prioritize deadline-sensitive projects and juggle client priorities.
• Team- and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality, medically accurate derivative content for promotional medical resources.
• Deliver projects per established timelines.
• Assist with literature reviews to support promotional claims.
• Annotate resources and provide appropriate references.
• Search, organize, and prepare references for medical, regulatory, and legal submissions.
• Ensure professional, proactive communication with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain high quality of work in line with standards and policies.
• Participate in internal meetings and project reviews.
• Develop working knowledge of AMA style and brand guidelines.
• Promote and adhere to PRECISION Principles.
