Precision Medicine Group in New Jersey seeks an Associate Medical Writer to support the Clinical Services team with writing, revising, and annotating promotional medical content. The role includes literature evaluation, reference organization, and developing writing projects under supervision.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in life sciences (or English with pharma/medical communications experience), and 0–1 year in the field. Strong AMA style knowledge and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of American Medical Association (AMA) style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with scientific search engines including PubMed and Google Scholar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing, revising, and annotating promotional medical content.
• Deliver projects within established timelines.
• Assist with literature review to support promotional claims.
• Annotate resources and provide references for Clinical Services team.
• Search and organize references for submissions in medical, regulatory, and legal areas.
• Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders.
• Uphold high quality standards per guidelines and policies.
• Participate in team, project, client, and review meetings.
• Develop knowledge of AMA-style and brand guidelines.
