A leading organization is seeking an Associate Medical Education Program Manager to coordinate medical education programs and manage key relationships. This fully remote position requires significant travel and expertise in healthcare education, along with strong project management skills. The role involves developing educational strategies that align with business priorities and gathering customer feedback through various communication channels.

Rate of Pay: $129,896.00 to $143,600.00 per Year
Duties: Lead medical education program coordination, logistics, and content delivery, including manage internal and external resources that support the strategic direction of the medical education program. Develop medical education programs while adapting to customer needs and business priorities. Demonstrate product and procedural expertise related to Healthcare Professional (HCP) responsibility education programs. Evaluate and maintain knowledge of key competitive landscape of education programs. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to design educational materials. Develop and manage customer-facing strategy, including content and education programs. Drive team collaboration with broader medical education, product marketing, and sales training. Organize and deliver in-person or virtual courses. Identify and analyze medical education program metrics to identify effectiveness. Provide input regarding the strategic direction for the medical education program. Identify potential areas of opportunity for new investments, develop a KOL network, and utilize surveys, including Voice Of the Customer (VOC) to gather customer feedback. Evaluate and provide input to training and medical education workstreams, including allocate support and resources to leverage programs. Understand the various communication channel strategies and associated impacts, including ensuring desired communications outcomes are consistent with the medical education strategy.
60% travel - domestic and international (Canada). Fully remote performed from anywhere in U.S.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign education equivalent in any field and six (6) years of experience in any professional occupation. Alternatively, Master’s degree in any field and four (4) years of experience.Special Skills, Other Special Skills or Requirements: Two (2) years of experience within a sales and/or marketing department.
