This role offers a base pay range of $225,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr. Lifeforce is a leader in proactive healthcare, focusing on longevity medicine, combining diagnostics, clinical expertise, and personalized protocols accessible from home.
The Associate Medical Director will oversee clinical operations in Longevity Medicine, support the Medical Director, and lead clinical teams. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, team management, operational oversight, cross-department collaboration, insurance and reimbursement management, EHR oversight, patient-centered care, and staff education.
Qualifications include a Medical Doctor (MD) or DO, board certification in relevant specialties, experience in remote clinical settings, multi-state licensure (preferred), and at least 5 years of clinical experience with leadership experience in telehealth.
Skills required are clinical expertise in longevity and hormone therapies, team leadership, understanding of insurance and reimbursement, excellent communication, proficiency with EHR systems, and a patient-first approach.
