PRECISION AQ, a leading payer marketing agency for global pharmaceutical clients, seeks an Associate Medical Director to lead content development and strategy with independence. You will ensure top-quality, medically accurate content across projects and liaise with clients on strategy and regulatory review.

Required are a life sciences degree and 4+ years in medical communications, with AMA style mastery and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences required.
• BA/BS in English with pharma/healthcare advertising experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in medical communication/pharma/healthcare industry.

Responsabilités

• Independently develop strategic, high-quality medical content for multiple accounts across therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and project briefs.
• Review briefs, timelines, and assign staff; participate in kick-off meetings.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory alignment of all content.
• Liaise with clients on strategy and content-related topics with medical, legal, and regulatory review.
• Directly supervise 1–2 medical writers or scientific associates.
• Develop development plans and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Contribute to new business proposals and target product profiles (TPPs).
• Attend and present at business pitch meetings as needed.
