PRECISION AQ is seeking a Director of Medical Writing to lead content development for multiple projects and contribute to strategy while maintaining high-quality, compliant materials. The role involves collaboration across teams, direct client liaison, and supervision of medical writers, with a focus on medical communications for payer markets.

Required 5–7 years in medical communications or healthcare, with an MA/BS in life sciences or English plus pharmaceutical agency experience; AMA style

Formación

• BA/BS in life sciences
• BA/BS in English with experience in a pharmaceutical agency/healthcare advertising
• 5–7 years in medical communications/pharma/healthcare industry
• AMA style mastery and strong Word/PowerPoint/Adobe Acrobat proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication and high analytic ability

Responsabilidades

• Independently develop strategic, medically accurate content for multiple accounts spanning therapeutic areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives
• Review briefs, timelines, assign staff, and attend kick-off meetings
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance in content
• Liaise with client on strategy and content-related matters with medical/legal/regulatory reviews
• Supervise 2–4 medical writers and/or scientific associates
• Contribute to new business proposals including TPPS and competitive analyses
