Job summary

PRECISION AQ is seeking an experienced Associate Medical Director to lead content development for multiple projects across therapeutic areas, ensuring medical accuracy and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will supervise 1–2 medical writers, liaise with clients and external stakeholders, contribute to proposals and business development, and ensure timely delivery with high-quality, evidence-based content.

Qualifications

• Strong command of AMA style for medical communications
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient in searching PubMed and Google Scholar for literature
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (or related)
• Bachelor's degree in English with pharma/healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, high-quality medical content for multiple projects across therapeutic areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and timelines
• Review project briefs, assign staff, and participate in kick-off meetings
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory/compliance alignment
• Liaise with clients on strategy and content matters with ML, regulatory review
• Discuss medical content with external stakeholders such as medical professionals
• Plan and allocate resources with internal stakeholders
• Supervise 1–2 medical writers or scientific associates
• Develop proposals including target product profiles and competitive analyses
• Attend and present at business pitch meetings as needed
