Job summary

Precision AQ, a top payer marketing agency, seeks an Associate Medical Director to lead content development for multiple projects and influence strategy. You will ensure high-quality, accurate medical content across therapeutic areas while working independently and cross-functionally.

You will liaise with clients, review briefs, allocate resources, and supervise 1–2 writers. A strong AMA style and clinical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or English with relevant pharma/medical comm experience.
• Minimum 4 years in medical communications, pharma, or healthcare.
• Strong AMA style, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop medically accurate content across projects and therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Review briefs, timelines, and allocate staff for projects.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Liaise with clients on strategy and content matters.
• Mentor 1–2 writers and provide feedback.
• Support proposals including target product profiles and analyses.
• Present at business pitches as needed.
