FANUC America Corporation is seeking an Associate Field Service Engineer to provide on-site service for CNCs and related peripherals across the New England region, including MA, RI, ME, CT, NH, and VT. The role requires up to 80-90% travel to customer sites and may involve overnight trips.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and an associate’s or bachelor’s in electronics/mechatronics or related experience. Travel and valid driver’s license are required.
The Associate Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing extensive service to most commonly encountered products and problems without assistance. An intermediate-level position requiring broad technical knowledge with the regular application of advanced engineering principles, practices and techniques. Reporting to our Holliston, MA office, the Associate Field Service Engineer will provide support to customers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Vermont with on-site repair, troubleshooting and/or maintenance services for CNC’s and related system peripheral equipment.

FANUC American is seeking a qualified applicant for an Associate Field Service Engineer role. The pay range for this position is $51,917 - $83,283 per year. The pay range listed is based on both salary and other compensation, including bonuses and profit sharing, that an employee may be paid during their employment with FANUC America. Benefits include medical insurance, 401k savings, paid vacation, vision insurance, dental insurance, tuition reimbursements, disability insurance, life insurance, and paid holidays. A compensation package offered to a successful applicant will ultimately be determined by consideration of a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an applicant’s geographic location, educational attainment, and level of experience.
