Job summary

You should have 8-10 years of experience, strong knowledge of codes and LEED standards, and be proficient in Revit, BIM 360, and energy modeling tools.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in design field.
• Demonstrated history leading building HVAC design projects.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and LEED requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitask in fast-paced environments.
• PE License and LEED Accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop HVAC design solutions for high-performance buildings.
• Lead small to medium projects, managing delivery and budgets.
• Prepare design packages for HVAC, fire suppression, and plumbing systems.
• Review product data and submittals for contract conformance.
• Coordinate with disciplines and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers on technical tasks.
• Ensure designs comply with Building/Energy Codes and LEED standards.
