• Recruit, mentor, and train incoming Financial Advisors
• Support and collaborate with the current Managing Director
• Play a key role in the growth and development of the Vermont office

What It Takes:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Management/Career Development role in the Financial Industry
• Strong leadership ambition with a passion for mentorship and development
• High drive, self-motivation, and competitive spirit
• Ability to influence, coach, and inspire others
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (licenses/registrations required or obtainable)
