Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Perform the massage and body treatments on our service menu, with training provided as needed
• Evaluate each client’s needs and expectations to recommend the right services and products
• Work with the spa team to deliver a seamless, five-star experience
• Take part in our parties and group celebrations, a favorite way our guests enjoy the spa together
• Stay on schedule and perform each treatment in its allotted time
• Build a repeat clientele and meet service and retail performance goals
• Keep your treatment room spotless, stocked, and prepared between clients
• Join staff, team, and educational meetings
