As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Precision Wellness, you will provide customized massage therapy sessions based on each client’s goals, preferences, contraindications, and comfort level.
Services may include:
- Relaxation massage
- Therapeutic and deep tissue massage
- Pain relief and recovery-focused work
- Stretching and mobility-supportive techniques
- Cupping, hot stones, CBD or topical support, and percussion tools
- Specialty work, when trained, such as prenatal massage, lymphatic support, myofascial release, TMJ-focused work, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, craniosacral therapy, or sports massage
- You will also help clients understand their next best step through simple, supportive recommendations that stay within scope and are based on their actual goals.
We do not expect you to build your book alone.

- Client-provider matching based on service goals, pressure preferences, personality fit, and therapist strengths
- A front desk team that helps guide clients toward the right provider and service
- No pay cuts for membership or promotional pricing. If a service is discounted for a member, package, or promotion, your LMT compensation is still protected and based on the standard service value.

- A client-first approach to care
- Preferred: One or more years of experience in a spa, wellness clinic, or high-touch service environment
- Specialty training in deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial work, lymphatic support, TMJ-focused work, craniosacral therapy, or similar modalities
- Comfort making thoughtful, personalized next-step recommendations
- Experience with booking software or client management systems
