Associate Marketing Manager - Splenda Healthcare

Key Responsibilities
  • Create HCP and patient education content for marketing programs and website, including designing resources with agency support based on your vision.
  • Serve as the Splenda brand nutrition science expert by combining product knowledge with nutrition and clinical health expertise. Develop competitive advantages, summarize scientific studies, and support communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and professional organizations to promote a positive category position.
  • Develop and manage health partnerships, implement programs, monitor metrics, and oversee budgets.
  • Support product innovation strategies and specifications.
  • Define nutritional requirements for recipes catering to health needs, including trends and recipe types.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of customer and category needs, trends, and sentiments to guide science support for business goals.
  • Interpret studies and insights to inform strategic focus and communication.
  • Perform additional support activities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) required.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an RDN in industry or manufacturing roles.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to translate scientific insights into strategies and guide communications effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience working with agencies and industry partners.

Must have a track record of exceeding expectations, a sense of urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Some travel (~15%) is required throughout the year.
