Summary
The Regional Marketing Assistant will support all efforts relating to the Firm’s marketing initiatives in the assigned offices. Under the direct supervision of a Senior Regional Marketing Manager, according to the established policies and procedures, the Regional Marketing Assistant will work with local and national marketing staff and colleagues to support a variety of marketing-related initiatives, including project coordination and administration.
- Assists Regional Marketing Team with firm-hosted event planning as assigned, including, but not limited to on and off-site client and prospect seminars, webinars, receptions/dinner/socials, community engagement affairs, and other events as assigned.
- Assists with research on venues and catering options.
- Assists with the development of appropriate mailing/invitation lists and seek related approvals.
- Assists with maintenance of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) event data and report exports.
- Assists with event invitation development in collaboration with our design and communications team; proofs invitations and provides registration testing.
- Maintains intranet calendar updates.
- Assists with preparation of event guest nametag and print and/or electronic material.g. Assists with processing invoices for payment.h. Assists with vendor relationships, as needed.
- Assists Regional Marketing Team with organization, tracking, utilization and distribution of sports and event tickets for client entertainment purposes.
- Assists Regional Marketing Team to execute benefits, tracking and payments related to community engagement/sponsorships.
- Coordinates scheduling of firm website photography sessions for new legal personnel.
- Maintains inventory of silver name badges for office(s).
- Sorts and delivers marketing team shipments.
- Supports special projects as requested by Senior Regional Marketing Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- High school diploma required, post-secondary education related to Marketing a plus.
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible related work experience, preferably including event planning and coordination in a professional services industry.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys, staff, and clients.
- Provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality, and to effectively negotiate and represent the firm in a professional manner.
- Experience in utilizing marketing databases, and a familiarity with marketing related computer tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms.
- Strong learning aptitude, diligence, and initiative-taking to produce accurate, timely and complete work product.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
- Initiative to provide information that is essential to meet the needs appropriate for the role.
- Must have a positive can-do attitude, professional demeanor, and demonstrate team-player behavior.
- Work occasionally requires more than 37.5 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position; may require irregular hours, occasional overtime, and occasional travel.

Working Conditions
- Onsite office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like.
- Ability to lift and transport materials and boxes up to forty pounds, and to set up signage and materials for events.
