Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0–2 years in manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving ability with disciplined approach to tasks.
• Excellent technical writing and ability to author work instructions.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes.
• Designs work cell layouts for maximum efficiency and optimal material flow.
• Balances work elements with current staffing and provides guidance to supervisors.
• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods and tooling.
• Supports AS9100-regulated production and vendor coordination.
