Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to assist in planning, design, and continuous improvement of integrated manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in production. You will support senior engineers and help set up production facilities aligned with product layouts and operations.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree or relevant experience and must be available to work across multiple shifts, contributing to ongoing production

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development of manufacturing equipment purchase proposals by studying manufacturing plans and commitments; evaluating manufacturing processes and requirements.
• Assists with the completion of equipment cost projections by analyzing investment, return, and savings.
• Assists in the monitoring of equipment installations by advising crews.
• Prepares equipment operators by assisting with training; providing reference and support resources.
• Maintains process integrity by developing and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
• Maintains equipment records by filing documents; updating equipment database.
• Protects organization value by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
• All other duties as assigned.
