Job summary

Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. in Joliet, IL, seeks an Assembler IV to support manufacturing of Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs). You will guide teammates, lead process improvements, and operate a forklift to manage inventory and shipments.

You must follow safety rules and company policies while performing tests on completed items for quality. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse, and electronics/technical background.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2+ years in manufacturing-related or warehouse environments.
• Associate degree or equivalent in electronics/technical field desirable.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic components following detailed instructions.
• Proficiency in cycle counting and inventory maintenance.
• Familiarity with electronic circuits, components and standard practices.
• Basic computer/electronics troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of ESD, lean manufacturing, and 6S preferred.
• Read/write/speak English with good hearing and vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical support to other employees.
• Lead all aspects of process improvement and coordinate related activities.
• Operate a forklift to put away inventory, load and unload trucks.
• Report safety concerns and quality issues to Manufacturing Leadership.
• Perform accurate transactions within D365.
• Perform Monthly cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage inventory locations.
• Conduct complex tests on completed items to ensure satisfactory performance.
• Adhere to employee handbook guidelines and safety programs.
• Participate in OSHA safety programs; perform other duties as assigned.
