Job summary
The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join the Metals Fabrication Production Engineering team. You will support multiple program customers with build of small parts to larger assemblies, developing an integrated build plan with work instructions, tooling, inspection requirements and material handling to ensure design and test requirements are met.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of work-related experience.
Responsibilities
- Review engineering requirements and drawings for manufacturability and producibility.
- Investigate technical problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Participate in implementing Lean principles and technologies.
- Interface with IPTs and internal customers to develop products and knowledge.
- Ensure production readiness by mitigating risks and optimizing workflows.
- Support operations by improving quality and on-time delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly.
