Working closely with recruiter partners, the AMD cultivates relationships with experienced advisor candidates and teams, helping them evaluate growth opportunities and understand the value of affiliating with Prudential Advisors. Beyond recruiting, the AMD serves as a trusted coach and business consultant to advisors, providing guidance on practice growth, wealth management capabilities, teaming strategies, and business development. Advisor Development and Coaching
