Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Content Strategy, Management & Execution professional at our Store Support Center in Lebanon, TN. You will manage end-to-end social content workflows, coordinate with creators, and align with brand standards across channels.

You' ll lead ideation, influencer collaboration coordination, and crisis monitoring while partnering with Guest Relations to ensure tone and timely responses. 2–4 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience creating social content and managing brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content workflows and production timelines.
• Provide strategic input into agency and creative briefs.
• Oversee edit and feedback rounds for social assets to align with brand standards.
• Oversee the master social content calendar and distribution timing.
• Support content creation through on-site filming and production coordination.
• Assist in strategic promotion of brand partnerships and launches.
• Lead the social ideation process with creators to develop new concepts.
• Support influencer initiatives and coordinate store visits and filming.
• Engage with the community and monitor sentiment to guide brand voice.
• Identify organic conversations and trends for reactive content opportunities.
• Monitor direct messages and respond with the right tone.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations for crisis communication guidance.
• Monitor for potential PR issues and flag to the crisis team.

So, join our team and find your place, because here...we’re all in good company.What You'll Do - You'll Make the MomentContent Strategy, Management & ExecutionWorkflow & Timeline Management: Manage end-to-end content workflows and production timelines with internal and external creative partners.Brief Development: Provide strategic input into agency and creative briefs to ensure social-first thinking is integrated from the outset of every project.Creative Oversight: Manage the edit and feedback rounds for all social creative assets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.Calendar Management: Oversee the master social content calendar, coordinating timing and distribution to maximize impact.Content Capture: Support content creation through on-site filming, content capture, and production coordination across HQ, store locations, partnerships, creator activations, and events.Brand Initiatives: Assist in the strategic promotion of brand partnerships, retail launches, and broader brand-wide initiatives across social channels.Ideation Coordination: Lead the social ideation process, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external creators to source and develop new concepts.Influencer Collaboration: Lightly support influencer strategy by co-piloting strategic influencer initiatives and assisting with logistical coordination such as store visits, gifting, and filming coordination.Community Management & EngagementStrategic Voice: Actively engage with the community while monitoring sentiment to inform future strategic shifts in brand voice and content direction.Trend Analysis: Strategically identify organic conversations and trends to recommend reactive content opportunities that align with business goals.DM Moderation: Monitor, organize, and maintain social direct messages, ensuring fun questions, ideas, and shout-outs receive delightful responses.Guest Relations Collaboration: Actively collaborate with the Guest Relations team, who manage day-to-day responses, by providing guidance on appropriate tone and messaging for high-sensitivity scenarios and offering strategic direction during large-scale crises.Crisis Monitoring: Proactively monitor social channels for potential PR issues or sensitive topics, flagging concerns to the broader crisis team with the necessary discretion and sensitivity required for effective communication management.2 to 4 years of experience creating social content and managing brand channels.Experience with working on a social team for a medium to large size business.Focus on YouWe're all about making sure you're taken care of too.
