The Campbell’s Company is seeking a motivated intern to join the Finance Department in Camden, NJ. You will work on financial and operational data, generate insights, and support reporting and metrics analysis within a collaborative, data-driven team.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on learning with senior management. Hybrid work is available (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Business degree with strong GPA (min 3.0) and data analytics coursework.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power Query or Alteryx.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to provide insights and support operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational data; identify trends.
• Conduct analysis to evaluate processes and drive improvements.
• Assist with day-to-day finance tasks: reporting, variance analysis, audits.
