LOFT is seeking an Associate Manager of Product Development & Production in New York, NY to oversee seasonal development through manufacturing, ensuring design integrity and financial targets. You will work with overseas partners, manage Bamboo Rose/PLM workstreams, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to hit sample and calendar milestones.

The role requires 2–3 years in Production, strong organizational and communication skills, and a hybrid work arrangement at our Times Square location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving seasonal IMU aligned to financial objectives
• Support manager to establish target costs, negotiate with overseas counterparts

• Coordinate with cross‑functional team to keep samples on schedule
• Prepare pre‑classification processes and seasonal recap charts
• Attend weekly fit and cross‑functional meetings and manage communications

Ensures design vision and product integrity standards are met while adhering to the Product Lifecycle Calendar and meeting financial goals.
