  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including campaign planning and collaboration with internal teams to support digital acquisition goals
  • Drive paid media ad placements by monitoring performance, optimizing results, and providing actionable recommendations
  • Use project management tools to lead and track digital campaigns efficiently from start to finish
  • Assist in managing relationships with external digital marketing vendors and partners to ensure campaign alignment and performance
  • Help measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts (e.g., MQL to SQL conversion) using attribution and analytics tools
  • Contribute insights and data-driven recommendations for campaign optimizations in team presentations to support continuous improvement and reinvestment strategies
  • Support the development of direct reports, helping them align their work to team and company objectives
  • Leverage company-approved AI tools to accelerate and enhance daily marketing workstreams, increase efficiency, and share learnings to support team-wide improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience with marketing CRM systems and analytic tools
  • Demonstrated experience building digital marketing campaigns with defined KPIs and measurement plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a data-driven, team-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HubSpot and SalesForce
  • Experience using a content management system (CMS)
  • Familiarity with paid social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Understanding of core marketing concepts and digital strategy
  • Proficiency with Google tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience using project management systems
