The Campbell's Company in Camden, NJ is seeking an Associate Manager for OTC Reporting & Controls. As Associate Manager, OTC Reporting & Controls, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise reporting and control frameworks that drive Order-to-Cash (OTC) performance across Cash Application, Credit, Billing, Collections, and Deductions Management. Your work will enable accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support operational and financial decision-making across the organization.
You will serve as the subject matter expert for reporting, analytics, and controls, shaping a scalable reporting ecosystem across key platforms. You will ensure data integrity, strengthen governance, and translate complex data into clear business insights.
You will also play a key role in advancing automation, analytics, and control effectiveness—identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance the overall OTC process.
This role is based in our Camden, NJ WHQ office with a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel, less than 10%.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $96,000-$132,000.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
