The Associate Manager of Data & Analytics leverages expertise in data processing, analytics tools, and business strategy to drive informed decision‑making for the marketing organization. This role partners closely with cross‑functional data and marketing teams to extract, analyze, and interpret data; develop clear, actionable reports; and translate insights into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leading audience development, segmentation, and SEO strategies, and supporting optimization efforts across channels. The Associate Manager also oversees the marketing department’s budget management and financial invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Track the progress and status of goals across all units within the marketing department and alert teams when any goals are in jeopardy so optimization measures can be implemented.
  • Manage and control the marketing department’s reporting, including ongoing Media and Analytics reporting.
  • Interpret and present results and learnings from website analytics performance and work with agency partners to define actionable optimization items.
  • Stay up to date on current and emerging Data & Analytics trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Seek ways to improve Data & Analytics processes and deliverables on a continual basis.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting sources through routine audits and validation processes.
Digital Targeting, Tagging & Audience Strategy
  • Orchestrate campaign tagging and media targeting across all digital campaigns and programs within the Marketing Calendar.
  • Provide continual strategies and solutions for audience segmentation.
  • Work with multiple agency partners and client stakeholders to assist in execution and analytics reporting.
  • Maintain and evolve tagging standards to ensure proper tracking across all digital properties.
  • Support the development of audience‑based testing frameworks to improve segmentation effectiveness.
Project & Cross Functional Management
  • Manage several projects simultaneously and collaborate across departments to launch and maintain Data & Analytics KPIs for marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Organize materials for meetings with top management and prepare and distribute minutes and reports.
  • Support the planning and development of department decks for all‑hands meetings.
SEO strategies
  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve website page ranking for organic search and generate more traffic.
  • Partner with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into site updates and content development.
  • Monitor competitive SEO landscape and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
  • Track and report on SEO KPIs, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and site health metrics.
Budget & Financial Management
  • Assist with the department’s budget, including PO development, estimates management, ongoing expense tracking, budget versus actual updates, and reconciliation with multiple agency partners.
  • Partner with finance to support monthly forecasting and budget reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and financial documentation in collaboration with agency partners.

Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Data/Analytics.
  • Minimum 1 year of Digital Marketing experience required.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, and PowerBI.
  • Experience working with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with CRM, CDP, or audience management platforms is a plus.
