Stryker Corporation is seeking a senior logistics transformation leader to drive distribution center startups, network changes, and system implementations. You will partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements and execute future-state processes.

Remote or Hybrid or Onsite What you will do – Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives including distribution center start-ups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions. Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and successfully execute transformation projects. Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support project decisions across distribution, transportation, inventory, order management, quality, and reporting functions. Drive project execution activities including planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, cutover readiness, and go-live support. Track project milestones, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while providing updates to project teams and leadership. Support process mapping and continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, designing future-state solutions, and applying lessons learned across programs. Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop business requirements, testing strategies, and system solutions that support operational objectives. Provide post-implementation support by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues to ensure successful adoption and operational stability. Partner with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful project outcomes. Support the development and execution of Stryker's logistics transformation roadmap and continuous improvement strategy. Monitor and report on key project and operational metrics including schedule adherence, budget performance, and launch readiness.
6+ years of experience (4+ years in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Operations or related fields) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent Data analytical skills Fluency English Preferred – ERP PowerBI experience (designing and interpreting reports) United States of America

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
