Qualifications

  • 6–8 years in L&D/Instructional Design/Digital Learning or Content Operations.
  • Hands-on with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Camtasia and Adobe CC.
  • Experience with LMS/LXP administration, learning analytics, and content publishing.
  • Data-savvy: build dashboards/MIS; run diagnostics and measure training impact.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI for learning prototypes and tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Job description

Job Purpose

This role is responsible to support the development and execution of learning content plans by identifying, structuring, curating, and developing content in alignment with the content strategy defined by the Lead – Learning Content. Produce learner‑centric, instructionally sound materials; orchestrate end‑to‑end publishing on LMS/LXP platforms; and assist in diagnostics and analytics to track and enhance content effectiveness aligned to business capability priorities. Ensure strong LMS administration, content governance, accessibility (WCAG), and a high‑quality learner experience.

Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities
  • Translate agreed objectives into structured journeys/pathways and multimodal content.
  • Conduct content diagnostics and propose improvements.
  • Maintain content inventory; identify gaps and support closure.
  • Provide inputs to periodic market benchmarking; maintain familiarity with platforms and pricing.
  • Build engaging learning experiences through structured journeys, pathways, and multimodal content.
  • Drive learner engagement through content on technology platforms.
  • ≥ 80% of digital content modules rated “relevant” and “contextual” by learners in post-module surveys.
  • Average learner engagement score ≥ 4/5 across all platforms.
  • ≥ 80% of content gaps closed.
Content Design and Development
  • Create storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, job aids, and e‑learning modules using ADDIE/Gagné.
  • Ensure visualization quality, consistency, and accessibility across digital/blended/ILT formats.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), L&D partners, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and validate content.
  • Translate SME input into structured learning content using ID models.
  • Use content development tools and apply advanced instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SCORM, etc.).
  • ≥ 85% of assets developed using defined ID frameworks
  • ≥ 80% stakeholder satisfaction
  • ≥ 85% on‑time delivery
  • WCAG checks completed for 100% of assigned assets
  • Demonstrate incremental growth in content usage/engagement trends
Content Curation
  • Identify, filter, and contextualize internal/external content; build role‑based playlists/pathways using global tools and best practices.
  • Evaluate third‑party content; maintain content vendor relationships.
  • ≥ 80% of curated content rated “useful” by learners.
  • ≥ 1 new third‑party content integration per year.
  • ≥ 80% vendor satisfaction score.
Program Strategy & Design
  • Contribute inputs to content strategy; execute content plans as defined by leadership.
  • Execute activities assigned within the content calendar.
  • Support in defining learning objectives by providing content inputs; translating content plans and calendarized activities.
  • Conduct needs analysis/skill‑gap inputs; contribute to program scoping.
  • ≥ 85% adherence to program calendar launch milestones.
Digital Learning Creation & Publishing
  • Configure courses, pathways, permissions; publish SCORM/xAPI content to LMS/LXP.
  • Provide technical/user support per SLAs; maintain metadata and audit trails.
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in digital learning.
  • ≥ 90% error‑free course deployments
  • 80% SCORM/xAPI compatibility validations
  • SLA compliance ≥ 85%
  • Data accuracy ≥ 85%
  • Turnaround time ≤ 48-72 hours for publishing updates
  • ≥ 1 new technology/methodology adopted per year.
Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with business leaders, SMEs, and vendors.
  • Conduct TNI workshops; partner with SMEs, BHRs, Business Heads; communicate status and risks.
  • ≥ 80% satisfaction in stakeholder feedback surveys.
Program Execution
  • Execute assigned lifecycle tasks: design → delivery → evaluation.
  • Support vendor administration (POs/GRNs/invoices) and budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with learning standards and policies.
  • Program Completion Rate: ≥ 70% of learners enrolled.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Track engagement/completion; assist with dashboards/MIS and Kirkpatrick L1–L4 data collection.
  • Implement feedback‑driven improvements and support adoption of new tools/technologies.
  • Leverage LMS, analytics tools, and emerging tech.
  • Run pre/post diagnostics.
  • Engagement rates ≥ 80%; Completion rates ≥ 75%.
  • At least one data‑driven intervention implemented annually based on advanced analytics.
  • Implement at least one AI‑backed tool per year.

Education Qualifications

  • Additional certification in Learning Technologies or Project Management is a plus.

  • 6–8 years in L&D/Instructional Design/Digital Learning or Content Operations
  • Hands‑on with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe CC)
  • Experience with LMS/LXP administration (course setup, pathways, user management), learning analytics, and content publishing.
  • Data‑savvy: build dashboards/MIS; run diagnostics; measure training impact (Kirkpatrick)
