Job summary

Family Express Corporation in Indiana is seeking an Associate Manager to join our Operations team. This developmental role focuses on hands-on store management experiences, with a comprehensive training program designed to prepare future Store Managers.

You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, learn all store management responsibilities, and demonstrate exceptional customer service while growing within the company and our Living Brand values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel daily between Family Express locations.
• Willingness to participate in comprehensive Associate Manager training program.
• Non-Exempt status per FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Assists with recruiting and interviewing qualified applicants.
• Leads and coaches employees; provides training and motivation.
• Maintains store image, safety, and merchandising standards.
• Manages banking and daily accounting procedures per Company guidelines.
• Assists with manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Completes development courses and training requirements.
• Maximizes sales and gross profit through merchandising and product availability.
• Ensures proper use of equipment and adherence to procedures.
