About the Team

NIQ’s North America Marketing team partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing to engage customers and prospects and support business growth. You’ll work directly with commercial teams and draw on NIQ’s data, insights, and industry expertise to create relevant marketing programs and customer experiences.

Job Description
About the Role

You’ll own the marketing strategy and activation for assigned events and field marketing programs, within an agreed event calendar and level of marketing support. You’ll define how NIQ shows up, what we communicate, and how we engage priority audiences before, during, and after each event.

This role combines independent program ownership with hands‑on execution and guidance from the Events and Partner Marketing lead and North America Marketing Leader.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop event marketing plans that define target audiences, messaging, customer experiences, and desired commercial outcomes.
  • Write invitations, promotional emails, and follow‑up communications; build emails and landing pages; and coordinate digital and social promotion.
  • Partner with Sales to identify priority accounts and contacts, align on meeting goals, and prepare outreach resources that support productive conversations.
  • Deliver on‑site activations, coordinating with Marketing Operations on logistics and owning selected logistics tasks as agreed.
  • Execute timely post‑event campaigns that connect attendee interests with relevant content, meetings, or solution discussions.
  • Coordinate lead capture, qualification, and routing with Sales and marketing partners; monitor follow‑up and elevate gaps.
  • Report on audience engagement, lead quality, follow‑up, and pipeline contribution, using findings to improve future programs.
What Success Looks Like

Events engage the intended audiences, qualified interest reaches Sales with actionable context, and timely follow‑up supports progression toward pipeline.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant B2B marketing experience, typically gained over 3+ years in event marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, or demand generation.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing programs within agreed priorities and resources.
  • Strong writing skills and hands‑on experience building emails and landing pages.
  • Experience partnering with Sales on customer outreach and engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage overlapping timelines and stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and recommend practical improvements. Travel: Approximately 25% within the United States
Preferred Experience
  • Delivering on‑site B2B event activations or targeted customer programs.
  • Using email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), or Pardot.
