Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in custodial, facilities, or operations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient with standard computer software for supervision and reporting.
• OSHA 10-certified or equivalent.
• Experience leading multiple teams and coaching leaders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the supervisory team lifecycle including coaching and evaluations.
• Lead regular meetings to align goals and policy application.
• Partner with HR for recruitment, hiring and onboarding of custodial supervisors.
• Create and adjust daily schedules, manage overtime and staffing changes.
• Perform quality checks and enforce cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Analyze inspection scores and operational data to drive improvements.
• Monitor costs, supply usage and inventory; support cost-control efforts.
