EdgeVerve is hiring a Associate Manager - Client Services to build a focused market strategy and implement pro-active sales activities for our Financial Services vertical. Come join the team and put your net-new sales and business development skills to work today!
You will grow net new business and a new pipeline in the Financial Services space. Requires deep understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise. Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross- selling opportunities to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to identify opportunities, close deals, and expand our footprint within key financial services institutions.

Experience range

10 -13 years of experience selling multiple software products and services. A minimum of 5 years of previous experience focused on the financial services sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand the adoption of our AI platform within the Financial Services sector.
  • Goal sheet designed around TCV, Revenue and Sold Deal Margin.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Convert new accounts for IP and services revenue from a given Target Account List.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and their applications in Financial Services.
  • Understand client challenges, objectives, and regulatory requirements to position the AI platform as a tailored solution.
  • Drive account renewals and expand relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data mining technologies to conduct effective conversations with IT decision-makers.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling AI, document digitization, and digital solutions (especially in AI, cloud, and managed services).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with a focus on TCV or revenue-based metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry, including key challenges, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Result-oriented, with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
