THE·TEAM is seeking an Associate Manager, Accounts to join our growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. You will contribute to client projects across strategic development to execution, collaborating with Next Gen’s Client Services and University Relations teams.
This full-time, hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s in marketing/communications/business and 0–2 years’ experience in events or experiential marketing.

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Accounts to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As an Associate Manager, Accounts you will actively contribute to the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from strategic development to execution.
Base salary range: $50,000-$55,000.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
