This hands-on role maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and improves manufacturing equipment and facility systems on the production floor, collaborating with Maintenance Technicians and Production to diagnose failures and support installations. The position requires reading schematics, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, recording work orders, and adhering to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 0–2 years of maintenance/manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Internship or hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment a plus.
• LEAN concepts exposure beneficial.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and automation systems.
• Assist technicians with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC issues.
• Respond to breakdowns and restore equipment quickly.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per schedule.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Support startups, changeovers, and line adjustments.
• Maintain maintenance records and safety compliance.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Participate in Lean, 5S, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work area.
