The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) seeks an Associate Medical Assisting Program Director to support the MA Program Director in delivering high-quality education. You will oversee curriculum development, supervise instructional staff, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

This role emphasizes program growth, classroom management, student advising, and maintaining professional standards to support student success and institutional accreditation,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of medical assisting experience.
• Current Medical Assisting Certification and CPR Certification.
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and Support Instructional Staff: Provide guidance and professional development for instructors.
• Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and reviewing the MA curriculum.
• Compliance: Ensure program activities meet federal, state, and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor Student Progress: Track performance and provide guidance.
• Staff Recruitment and Development: Help recruit and train instructional staff.
