Job summary

The College of Health Care Professions seeks an Associate Medical Assisting Program Director to support the MA Program Director in delivering high-quality education. You will help oversee curriculum development, manage instructional staff, monitor student progress, and ensure accreditation compliance.

In this role, you will supervise instructors, assist in expanding the program with new courses, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in medical assisting.
• Current Medical Assisting Certification and CPR Certification.
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support instructional staff to ensure high-quality teaching.
• Assist in curriculum development and review with instructors and advisory committee.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
