Job summary

Globus Medical in Pennsylvania is seeking a Product Manager to guide product strategy and market development for imaging, navigation, robotics, and neurosurgery portfolios. You will translate customer needs into functional requirements and partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive successful commercialization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, or related commercial roles within the medical device industry.
  • Experience interacting directly with physicians, surgeons, healthcare providers, or clinical customers.
  • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15-20%.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify market opportunities and support product positioning.
  • Gather VOC feedback from surgeons, healthcare professionals, and KOLs to define product requirements and guide development activities.
  • Develop market requirements, product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies within imaging, navigation, robotics, and neurosurgery markets.
  • Evaluate market potential and support business case development for new product opportunities.
  • Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams throughout the product development process.
  • Translate customer and market needs into functional and design requirements for new product development.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide commercial input during development activities.
  • Support development of product launch plans and commercialization strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and development priorities.
  • Create product launch materials, marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional content.
  • Develop and deliver product training programs for internal teams, distributors, and customers.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives through clinical, technical, and competitive product training.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to drive successful product adoption and market penetration.
  • Track key business metrics, market feedback, and customer adoption trends to inform product decisions.
  • Develop recommendations for product enhancements and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Support portfolio planning and long-term growth strategies within the Imaging, Navigation & Robotics portfolio.
  • Serve as the product expert for internal and external stakeholders.
